Botanical prints: quick answers
What sizes are available?
Most of our botanical prints come in five A sizes: A4 (21 x 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 x 42 cm), A2 (42 x 59.4 cm), A1 (59.4 x 84.1 cm) and A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm). The square designs come in 30 x 30, 60 x 60, 90 x 90 and 100 x 100 cm. If the size you need isn't listed, send us the print and your measurements and we'll quote.
How much do they cost?
An unframed A4 fine art print is R 449.00, rising to R 1,695.00 at A0. Framed, an A4 print is R 1,295.00 and an A0 is R 5,995.00. A mounted canvas runs from R 995.00 at A4 to R 4,895.00 at A0. Square prints start at R 549.00 unframed at 30 x 30 cm. Our botanical pairs are sold as a set of two prints, from R 795.00 for an unframed A4 pair.
Can I have it framed, or on canvas?
Yes. Each print comes as a fine art paper print, a mounted canvas stretched over a 35mm Obeche timber frame, or a rolled canvas print. Paper prints and mounted canvases can be left unframed or framed in black, white, Light Oak Look or Dark Kiaat Look, and framed pieces arrive with hooks fitted, ready to hang. Paper prints are Giclée on 230gsm ultra-matte archival paper; canvas is an imported 260gsm poly-cotton blend.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Every print is made to order in our Woodstock studio in Cape Town: unframed prints and rolled canvas leave in 3 to 4 working days, framed prints and mounted canvas in 5 to 6. The courier then takes 1 to 3 working days to main centres and 2 to 3 to outlying areas. If you need it by a certain date, message us before you order. We also deliver to the UK, the EU and the US, where a smaller range of sizes is available and delivery is included in the price.
Can I return a print?
Because each print is made to your size and frame, we can't take change-of-mind returns once production has started. If a piece arrives damaged, email us photos on the day it arrives and we'll replace it at no charge. Unsure about a size or frame?
