As all our wall art prints are made-to-order, and not pre-made as such, refunds or exchanges are not possible once production from our side has started. If you are unsure about anything, please send us an e-mail or give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you. Colours do vary from each screen and monitor but the actual print will be as close to the original art work as possible.
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced with the same item but not refunded. Please notify us on the day of delivery of any damages.
Should an incorrect item be delivered to you, please notify us on the day of delivery, and we will organize for it to be collected and replaced with the correct item.
Please do not throw away the box/packaging, as these will be used to send any damaged or incorrectly delivered goods back to us.
