La Belle Ferronnière by Leonardo da Vinci Art Print
Secure payment options:
This portrait by Leonardo da Vinci, dated to around 1495, is held by the Musée du Louvre in Paris, which describes the sitter as an unknown woman incorrectly known as La Belle Ferronnière. She looks out directly from behind a stone ledge, in a rust-red dress with a fine band across her forehead, against a plain dark background. Rich, warm tones and a steady gaze give this art print a calm, dignified presence in a living room, hallway or study.
