This set of two side tables is hand-coiled from natural palm fibre, worked into a tight spiral pattern across the flat top and continued in horizontal bands down the solid drum body, left in its raw tan colour with no stain or paint. Use them together as a pair of nesting surfaces beside a sofa or bed, or split them across a room as low plinths for a lamp, a stack of books or a plant pot. The rounded, textural form pairs well against smooth linen and pale limewash, and works alongside abstract prints hung nearby.
